Information submitted to the Site is used solely to:

The Site does not:

The Site does not publish:
- Raw submissions

- Corporation-, region-, or village-specific reporting

- Submissions are retained for long-term pattern analysis
- Data may be periodically reviewed, archived, or deleted if no longer relevant
- There is no fixed retention timeline, as data is used only at an aggregate level

- Submission data is accessible only to the site administrator
- No third-party access is granted to submission data
- Data is stored using commercially reasonable security practices
- The Site does not sell, trade, or share submission data

The Site may use standard website analytics tools to understand general traffic patterns (e.g., page views, device type).
These tools:
- Do not identify individual users
- Are not linked to submissions
- Are used solely to improve site usability
